I wanna know that who is calling me??

he said his name was michael carter and i was being sued and facing criminal charges and i would lose my job and face federal charges i try to call back and get a busy signal

It looks like it's a third party calling on behalf of Verizon Wireless

Leaves no message or other information

Called my out of province brother looking for me. just said his name was peter and for me to call him. did not say why when he was asked. Sounds very creepy as for the only Peter i know would have much better luck going through our common friends. Be very skeptic is my advice. Lotta scams out there, and they like to fish information out of unsuspecting family members.

random calls

They have been calling daily for the past two weeks. When I answer, they hang up, and I'm not able to call the number back.

This person said his name was Officer Dennis from sounded like Hutson Law Firm and was about a lawsuit that had my name on a complaint with my social security number on it and I needed to call him back right away and not delay. He said if I choose not to call back this case would would be downloaded into the Goathouse??? (couldn't understand him - sounded like Indian or foreign accent)

Keep getting calls from this number. Caller ID says "Washington D.C.". When I have answered there is never anyone there. Not sure how to get them to stop if there is no one on the line to talk.

Woman said I was enetered in a $1M sweepstakes and had won a 36 month subscription to several magazines which I told her I did not want. She then asked my age which I did not give and the field of work I was in. When I told her I was in the legal field she asked how long. I told her 15 years. She shortened the call and hung up.

This company keeps leaving messages on my answering machine. Their messages are nothing more than garbled static, when I answer the phone there is never a response. I'm on the Federal NO Call list and yet they keep calling me 4 or 5 times a day.

They keep calling me on my cell phone for someone else who's name (a male is all I can make out) I can never catch due to the people's accents. They won't leave a message if you don't pick up and they won't say where they're calling from. I've told them numerous times to take my number off their list because it's wrong and they just hang up on me.
